Synopsis:
1957 Chinatown, San Francisco. Chung rules over his family- not realising that they all want to move away. His wife wants to go back to China. His son, Kwong a waiter wants to open his own restaurant. And Kwong's wife wants to move to the suburbs which she imagines are just like they are depicted in television sit-coms
