Emergency Room

Synopsis:
EMERGENCY ROOM is a dark comedy that addresses the current state of health care in the United States, offering a "what-if" scenario that is both slightly absurd and frighteningly real. the story follows an ordinary, nameless man, the PATIENT, who unwittingly falls victim to a nightmarish system after he is taken by ambulance to a hospital emergency room following a minor accident. Fortunately, the man's health checks out fine; but, unfortunately, his attempt to actually check out of the facility faces complications that are decidedly not of the medical variety.
