Founder and Artistic Director or Covered Bridges Theatre in Montgomery VT, and long time resident of New York City his plays have been performed in several US cities. He wrote more than 15 produced plays between 1985-1999. He was a 1996 Sundance Playwright Fellow, won several minor awards and received small productions in the US. His plays had many talented actors, including: C. Michael Hall, K. Scott Coopwood, Paul Sparks, Kathy Fabian, Tom Kane, Laura Kopec, Laura Stitt and Daisy Eagon. Lindsor the Newt and his Real Boy Suite

Synopsis:
Written in Ryming couplets, with music by famed Disney Composer Michael Silversher, this is 60 minute "Radical Environmentalist Children's Musical" in which a young newt sees his family killed, his swamp filled in to make a playground and resolves to buy an acme rubber real boy suit and go to school as a boy. He eventually concludes humanity is evil and un-savable, but subject to blackmail, which he undertakes to protect the world's remaining swamps.

Notes:
An example of what happens when A man known for very Adult black-comedy is Asked to write for children. the play is funny, very scarey And precipitated heated conversation both from parents And from children. One reviewer called it: "A play that makes everyone laugh, while it horrifies parents, scares kids out of their seats, And forces everyone to talk About what we Are doing to natural world.

Noah's Archives

Synopsis:
Essentially the play is the story of the second coming of Noah's Ark. A flood that sweeps away the 20th-century characters for more than three years aboard an ark with Noah, his son Shem and a menagerie of 36,341 species of unseen creatures serves as the medium for telling audiences to cast aside selfish concerns and preserve the earth. Unlike the original story this crew never finds land again, with the play ending with the sinking of the Ark.

Initially written As A serious of monologues taking the biblical characters from the Noah Story And determining what they would be like in 1998 New York, the play grew into A one Act And eventually A two Act play with full band.

Where Everything is Everything

Synopsis:
A courtship play in which Dan and Tracy meet, make woo and based on the flip of a coin at intermission either Do or Do Not make it. Set in 1989 Manhattan the two actors play the lead, each other's best friend, and a Perfect Version of themselves who always has the right thing to say. Some companies later did the play with 4 actors rather than the intended 2.
