j. Snodgrass has written over a hundred short plays, more than thirty of which have been produced. Since 2001, five of his plays been run off-Broadway, including: "RatFace" in the 2005 NYC International Fringe Festival (Recently Published by Original; Works in LA). He has supported himself, variously, by construction work, door-to-door political canvassing, lyric-writing, Bible-teaching, window-washing, public bathroom cleaning and rock journalism. He currently resides in Harlem with his wife and year-old son.
