Original Playwright - Victor Sanchez

Synopsis:

Day of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Five school friends go back to their hometown to meet up. It's been a long time since they last saw each other. They're all twenty-nine years old and already feeling how youth starts to fade away like a ship moving away from the harbour. Their lives, now, are a result of their past decisions. They involve job insecurities, disillusionment, farewells and a constantly starting again. So they still hope the meeting will sort out their lives. But things are never so easy. Lunch goes on until the evening. The world keeps on spinning: on the street, in their town, people start to get ready for the annual street party. As the lives of each of them teeter, outside the world prepares for the party - and they will also participate.
