Synopsis:
The circumstances of her death less than 18 months later on August 5th 1962, from an overdose of barbiturates, have been the subject of conjecture. Though officially classified as a "probable suicide", the possibilities of an accidental overdose or a homicide have not been ruled out.

Wag! the Musical

Synopsis:
WAG! the Musical is a contemporary comedy musical featuring brand new songs and a circus of characters straight out of.. 'Hello, OK!, Bella. . .and the People's Friend' !! Set in the imaginary 'mega Store, Anywhere, we join Jenny and Sharron, two single mums who work for commission on the cosmetics counter of this busy city centre departmental haven. Daily they encounter the widest range of customers from the bumbling plain Jane convinced the make-up ladies can transform her into an irresistible beauty, the incontinent widowed pensioner looking for company, the battered 'Lady' who can't understand why her husband no longer shows her affection to our all conquering WAG!.. Add to the mix an assorted mob of adulterous males, lies, fading hopes of any lasting happiness and all lorded over by an Acidic Queen and that is the gift wrapped mixture called WAG! the Musical  a show of and for our times.
