Synopsis:
A one-act expressionist farce that presents a portrait of the struggles faced by women who try to measure up to an impossible standard of "beauty," as it is defined by an industry which turns insecurities into purchases and profit. Following the high school prom, bar pick up, bedroom antics and wedding day debacle of a "typical" American girl, this play uses humor to skewer the fashion industry oppression that comes between women and their men.
