Synopsis:
Closeted Paul Bowles marries promiscuous lesbian Jane. they were both writers and Paul also a composer. they made a strange couple - her drinking and womanizing and his desperate attempts at hiding his sexual feelings. Over the years their relationship degenerates into cruelty and competing against each other.
