Mark is a Playwright, Director (stage/screen) & Novelist. He graduated with a Masters degree in writing for screen from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2012. His first novel Coconut Badger was long listed by the Guardian for their first book prize in 2011. Mark has written and directed multiple stage plays. With the support of Playwrights' Studio he devised a monthly workshop for new writing in Glasgow called Stage to Page. Passionate about Theatre attendance from within socially excluded areas he had a part time ambassador role with Playwrights' Studio's 'Born to Write' programme in Glasgow. Mark served on the management board of The Scottish Writers Federation from 2011 - 2013.

Synopsis:
Tam is a young man who has always struggled with confrontation. after a run in with a local gang, he plans to back down yet again, but after befriending an ageing psychopath he seems to have been throw a lifeline.
