Bob's most recent commission was a libretto called the FaSHION for Deutsche Oper am Rhein, with music by Georgio Batistelli. This is due to open in the 2007/8 season. Bob has co-written and performed three plays with Mel Smith and Peter Brewis- 'ave You 'eard the One about Joey Baker? Irony in Dorking and the Gambler, which opened at Hampstead Theatre in London and then transferred to the Comedy Theatre in the West end. In 1998 there was a production of this play at the Queens Theatre, Hornchurch. they also wrote and performed Smith and Goody a television comedy series for Children. Bob's other writing includes Wilderness Road - a sitcom for the BBC (co-writer Richard Cottan), and two volumes of performance poetry - Mixing With the Sharks and Life and Death and a Few Other Bits and Pieces. Bob is currently working on a new stage play - If Things Don't Change, which he hopes will go into production later this year. as an actor Bob recently played Chief Weasel in Alan Bennett's adaptation of -Wind in the Willows at the Old Vic in London, has worked on the film the Borrowers at Shepperton Studios and the BBC Drama series Crime Traveller. Bob is married with three gorgeous daughters and lives in Central London.

Synopsis:
Joey Baker is a comic. at ne time he achieved second rate stardom. the play is set in Joey's deranged memory after his complete breakdown and the movement of the play is Joey's inability to recall and relive those moments of his life that were real, or to distinguish them from those that were imaginary.

My Eyes Went Dark

Synopsis:
Nikolai Koslov, a Russian architect and father, avenges the death of his family in a plane crash - by killing the air traffic controller he holds responsible. Maintaining he cant remember his crime, Koslov serves four years in a Swiss prison before being suddenly released. Back home he is greeted as a national hero and is even given a ministerial position. But guilt and remorse cannot stay buried forever.
