Jim Dalglish is a playwright who lives, writes and works on Cape Cod. He has had the good fortune to see many of his plays performed by Theaters in a wide range of locations: Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska and alaskA. these works have included shorts, one acts, and full-length plays. Several have won awards. the Black eye was awarded Best Short Play at the 2001 Edward albee Last Frontier Theater Festival. Daughter of the Regiment was given the Panelistīs Choice award at the same festival a year later. His one-act play, edge, was a finalist in the Tennessee Williams National One act Play Contest. the Shaving Lesson was named Best Short Play at the Tidewater Play Contest. He is a member of Chuck Maryan's Play Lab at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York. He is also a "life member" of the Provincetown Playwright's Lab. He is currently employed as the Managing Director of Wellfleet Harbor actors Theater (WHaT.)

Synopsis:
It's Christmas and Tim has decided to do something about his clandestine affair with a man he's actually never met -- outside of the confessional of his local Catholic church. Synopsis:
On December 17, 1927 the USS Paulding rammed the USS S-4 Submarine a quarter mile off Woods end Light near Provincetown, Massachusetts. the submarine sank to the ocean floor in 100 feet of water. Of the 42 mean on board, 6 fled into the torpedo room and managed to survive for four days as emergency crews tried to rescue them. This is the story of the last hours of the S-4.

Unsafe

Synopsis:
as a heavy mid-winter blizzard blankets Union Square under three feet of snow, Lisa, a talented musician who lost her husband when the north tower collapsed, is celebrating her fortieth birthday. She's not as enthusiastic about the party as her doting father, eight-year-old daughter and the cardiologist she's been seeing for the last few months. But that doesn't stop her fun-loving mother from trying to throw a party no one will ever forget. Which is what happens when Will, Lisa's troubled twenty-year-old stepson, crashes the celebration. Half-frozen and strung-out on crystal meth, ?Will has nowhere to go. as night passes and snow piles high on the abandoned streets, Lisa begins to see this troubled boy with chameleon charm as her last chance to recover all that she's lost.
