Born in Dallas, Texas in 1946, Mr. Bailey obtained his BFa in theatre from Southern Methodist in 1967. He h-as directed nearly one hundred plays, working in New York off-off Broadway, in summer stock and regional theatres and in Louisiana and he is now writing screenplays for producer Roger Corman and for director Bob Rafelson.
