Upon recent return from Berlin where Alexa Wilson lived for 1 and a half years having received a Goethe Institute Scholarship and worked with top choreographers and teachers at Impulstanz Festival in Vienna in 09 and made new performance and video works she has returned to present this new solo work fresh with ideas and chocka full of new experiences and perspectives. Prior to this her progressive interdisciplinary works have had labelings of 'anarchist', 'radical', 'complex' and 'kamikaze' for 10 years in NZ, whilst she continues to influence the NZ dance scene.
