| Josh is twelve and fancies Cynthia 13. But he is too shy to speak to her. He learns that Cynthia thinks he is cute. At the carnival Josh finally talks to Cynthia as they wait to get on one of the rides. Cynthia is there with her date who is sixteen. Then Josh is refused admission to the ride as he is too short. He runs away and finds himself by a booth with the sign "Zoltar Speaks". He is told that he can ask Zoltar for a wish - he wants to be big.
