Synopsis:
Rich comes out at 14 and faces a hate campaign at school, prayer vigils from his mother and the threat of elctro-shock treatment from his father. His family want him to go to Medical School but he really wants to be a fashion designer. He runs away from suburban Illinois to the streets of New York City.
