Northern Engima

Synopsis:
Some events in the life of George Washington Polk before his murder in Greece in 1948. He meets his future wife Rhea an airhostess. He writes articles about the situation in Greece that do not please a lot of people. He goes on a picnic with Rhea and best friend Kostas. George tells them that he is going to interview the leader of the Left Party who is hiding out in Macedonian Mountains. At Thessaloniki Airport he is met by a military man who offers to guide him through downtown Thessaloniki. George is never seen alive again
