Dig

Synopsis:
they've stripped away and stolen but I won't take a thing. I'm here. I'm strong. Lean on me. Tommy's just been laid off but Dean's got a plan to make big money. When it's every man for themselves what's more important, legality or ethics? When there's not enough to go around, who deserves the scraps? and is Brenda really so wrong for wanting a decent vacuum and two weeks in Butlins? This is a play about money, and who's really doing the hard graft.

Fly

Synopsis:
Sammy has returned home to the small town he grew up in to find that little has changed in the years he's been away. His sister Louise has married his best friend Frank, but in Sammy's absence their marriage has spiralled into a cycle of resentment, accusation and recriminations. Frank was and still is a bully whose inability to articulate leads to frustration and violent anger and he takes his solace from the bookies, the drinking and from fishing on the riverbank he dearly loves. But Frank's got a secret, which Sammy stumbles upon and he's forced to decide whether to tell Louise, as it's a secret that will undoubtedly change all of their lives forever.

Ignition 1

Synopsis:
Your chance to see sparks fly between actors and writers and new work fired up by their dynamic collaborations. Last year we piloted a brand-new formula for kickstarting new work by asking writers which actors they most wanted to write for and then giving them time and space to see what happened when those partnerships were realised. The artists who took part ranged from established playwrights and star actors to breakthrough talent in an amazing array of combinations. This year Ignition is back, bigger and better, following a season at the Royal Court, with a special buzz around its unique potential to make the unexpected happen. Three separate Ignitions every night for a week: some will be mad gambles, some will be brilliant improvisations, every one of them will be an event.
