Synopsis:
Abigail Bergson is a waitress at a small-town Nebraska diner- a senior in high school, top of her class, and on her way to college in the city. During her last summer at home, she falls for a local farm boy, causing her life to fly perilously off track. A motley crew of diner regulars attempt to guide Abby as she tries to seize control of her own destiny- all while remaining true to herself and to where she comes from.

Burning Barn

Synopsis:
The Hawkins family home has burnt down- and that's not all. ethel Hawkins is trying desperately to hold her family together. Her husband Van is having an affair with a younger woman. Her daughter Jenny wants to move away to the city. Her son Timothy is in love with a girl who is much too popular for him. The fire may be out, but this time everything really does burn down. . . Set amidst the volatile, mood-altering, ever-changing backdrop of the rural Nebraska countryside, Burning Barn is a study of family, of boredom, of adultery, of repressed anger, of young love, of hope, and of the ties that bind.

Constantin: The Seagull Revisited?

Synopsis:
Somewhere between 1850 and 2020, on a country estate somewhere between the United States and Moscow, a young artist named Constantin is having some trouble just getting by. His mom disapproves of his artistic calling, the girl he loves wants a man twice her age, and he struggles day and night to articulate a vision that will help to change the course of the theater forever. Over the course of one weekend in the country, a lesbian obstetrician, a temperamental groundskeeper, a senile uncle, a frustrated housekeeper, a bitter alcoholic and a charming but lonely ghost all join together for a theatrical event that will change their lives forever.?

Jolly is a young walrus with a big problem- his mean sister Betty Sue just told him Santa might not be real.
