Synopsis:
Except for the stitches where she tried to slit her wrists, Kaydee could be any girl in America . And this car ride, with mother and daughter arguing over everything from radio stations to boyfriends, could be just any car ride. But it's not. A mother and daughter struggle with each other, and within themselves, to make sense of their lives and their paths, as they make their way to Kaydee's new institutional home.
