Brandon Wicke is a Canadian Playwright and Theatre-Maker, currently residing in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Graduating from Concordia University in Montreal with a BFA in Playwriting, Wicke has since co-founded and provided Artistic Direction for Orphaned Egret Theatre, a collective of Theatre-Makers active across Canada. Brandon's plays have received productions by Phoenix Theatre in Arizona, Cro Magnon Theatre in London UK as well as by University of the Fraser Valley in Chilliwack British Columbia and Brebeuf College School in Toronto Ontario. His plays Third Person and Rock, Paper, Scissors have been published in Out on a Limb, the collection of new Canadian Plays by Signature Editions, and Bare Fiction literary magazine respectively.

In an obscure and unexplored clearing, beyond the bounds of space and time, an ageless, otherworldly being lies waiting to be discovered. It has watched the universe take shape, life sprout from earth's ancient waters, and stood witness to the entire span of mankind's past and future. Or, at least, so it would have us believe. Tormented by nightmares, toothaches, and an existential creature bent on driving our heroes to madness, George and Byron must confront the darkness that awaits us all. The writing's on the wall&

Notes:
The play is particularly unique in its innovative use of projected text, which communicates in real-time with the characters as the manifestation of the sadistic 'Third Person,' a memorable antagonist that audiences will never hear.
