Synopsis: The play is an emotive exploration of family life confronted with the complex horrors of euthanasia. Dying of lung cancer, Joyce longs to be reunited with her dead husband and to skip the agony that lies ahead. But her family, torn between ethical concerns and a selfish love, struggle to let her go. A refined sense of the absurdities of family life, and a brutally honest approach to death result in a subtle play both poignant and funny. | ||||
