Dana Vitatoe - moved to Los Angeles after studying Theater and Communications at Kent State and Cleveland State Universities in Ohio. He had been a member of The Zeitgeist Theater Company for 15 years, contributing to the company as a director, producer, actor and Playwright-in-Residence. He has had 32 productions of his nearly 70 written plays produced in the Los Angeles area, including 2 short films based on his stage works. Dana began writing at an early age, and wrote his first play in 1980. In 1987, "The Absurdity of Argument" was the first of his plays to be produced. He has produced over a dozen theatrical productions and has directed over 40 plays. Dana's latest work produced in December of 2010 was "24 By One: An Evening of One-Page Plays" at The Hollywood Fight Club Theater. Dana created his production company Shipwrecked Productions in 1988, and continues to pursue his various careers in the entertainment industry. He lives in Los Angeles.
