Break-Up of Cause and Effect, TheBreak-Up of Cause and Effect, The
Synopsis:
Cause wants out of the Law of Causality. Cause drinks, Effect gets drunk! Cause meets a girl, Effect gets laid! But some laws are not made to be broken. Cause is tired of being the one who has to make all the effort, when his roommate gets all the glory. Cause tells Effect that he has decided to join the circus and their 13 billion year relationship is finally over. This two-hander from the US explores the nature of fate, karma, destiny, coincidence, synchronicity, and personal responsibility with a Mel Brooksian glee.
