Jane was born and brought up in North Wales. She graduated from Birmingham University and Ecole Jacques Lecoq, Paris. She has been a professional physical theatre practitioner and actress since 1987 working in the UK and abroad. Jane worked with students from Queensbridge Performing Arts College, Colmore Junior school and Longwill School for the Deaf. Jane performed alongside the students on her aerial rig and played Isabella Crotchet, the spidery Ice Queen, who lived up on her dark cloud , Angelica, the Angel in between, and Raya born of a sunbeam.
