Synopsis:
The following description is from the show's press release: "Ivan is tired of the long hairs sticking out from his sheep skin jacket. He tries, without any success, to go to a barber shop, but the barber of course refuses to use his sacred scissors on a jacket. So Ivan decides to go to a farmer to trim his jacket...well actually to shear it. The farmer accepts but he has to register the jacket as 'private sheep' because the State asks him to do so.Now all of a sudden there's a government document that says that Ivan owns a sheep, because he brought the jacket to the farm to have it shorn...soon after Ivan gets a letter from the state telling him that he has to pay a tax on his sheep. Now Ivan doesn't have a sheep but a jacket and of course he doesn't want to pay the tax...so he goes to the Ministry to clarify the mistake...unfortunately it won't be that easy...The bureaucrat has a document that certifies the fact that Ivan owns a sheep. Ivan doesn't have anything to prove that he doesn't own a sheep!"
