Synopsis: While Senza Bliss and Constance Purity are busy imposing their middle-class Victorian hypocrisy on the other members of A.F.R.A.I.D., escaped slaves, Catholic-Irish and Jewish immigrants vie for survival in the Five Points slum of Lower Manhattan. Reporting the facts as she sees them is the witty, satirical Fanny Fern.
