Synopsis: | Veneer [ve'neer] 1. outer layer: outer layer fixed for decoration or protection. 2. deceptive appearance: an outward appearance that is meant to please or impress others, but that is false or only superficial. So you think you know people? Think again. It's a superficial world and you live in it. 'Veneer' peels away the facade for an in-depth look at what makes people want to impress, please and deceive others. The only way to unearth what lies beneath is to toil from the outer layer until you access the core. As the entire cast is slowly forced the seemingly impermeable and forthright characters reveal the truth as this story is set in reverse, unraveling the plot and the stowed away temperament of these individuals. | |||||
