Synopsis: | Ever fallen in love with the most wonderful, beautiful person in the world and been unable to act upon it? Cyrano is the ultimate tale of unrequited love, our hero has everything, the courage of a lion, the heart of a poet and the nose of. . .well. . .an anteater. Smitten with Parisian beauty Roxane, the charismatic but nasally challenged Cyrano is desperate to declare his love for her, but then he sees his shadow. Believing she will reject his romantic advances on account of his looks Cyrano is forced to live out his hopes of love through another, the handsome yet inarticulate Christian. Christian may have the requisite good looks to initially turn Roxane's head but he is hardly the sharpest sword in the scabbard and so enlists Cyrano's aid - only his words can capture her soul. | |||||
