Synopsis:
Michael Popper, a streetwise rent boy crack head is taken in and straightened out by the head of the Mayor's Outreach to the Gay Community, Michael McCall. A fund raiser for an AIDS charity, Michael Govern, thinks he will be a better partner for Michael McCall. Meanwhile fifteen year old Michael Lawson is beaten up and raped by a homophobic police officer
