Biography of Bill Rosenfield

Born in Columbus Ohio, raised in Brookline Mass and moved to New York where he worked for Theatrical Producers Edgar Lansbury and Joseph Beruh. He spent two years working in the Play Department at the New York Shakespeare Festival. Later he worked as a story editor for film producer Howard Gottfried. In 1989 he began work at BMG Music/ RCA Victor where he was the author of liner notes for over 100 Broadway cast recordings (reissues as well as new recordings) as well as being the Executive Producer of over 50 Original Cast Recordings which have garnered 30 Grammy nominations ( and won 4 times) . he has twice been honored with dram Desk Awards in 1992 ( on behalf of RCA Victor) and in 2002 for outstanding contribution to the theatre. In addition to Bridal Terrorism, he is the author of True Fans which won a 2006 Richard Rodgers Award and is a frequent contributor to Travel & Leisure Magazine. He currently lives in London England.
