Critics called it "well written and well performed" and "an absolute delight". His second, a collaboration with several Nashville songwriters including country superstars RAndy Travis & T. Graham Brown, introduces us to an unlikely mix of individuals who are "snowed in" on Christmas Eve at a Waffle House. A Scattered, Smothered & Covered Christmas one set, the opportunity for children in the cast and an incredible score of country flavored tunes. . . all part of a producer's formula for success. Formerly the Director of Performing Arts for the Tennessee Arts Commission, Riggan founded an organization called the Senior Center for the Arts in 2004. Its income generating Arts programs, such as the Nashville Dinner Theatre, provide funds for free and affordable classes in music, dance, Theatre and art for Tennesseans over fifty.
