| Company |
Drama Club, (Calday Grange Grammar School) |
Synopsis:
Stuart Harker is a depressed, failing writer. In a desperate attempt for recognition, he applies to become the subject of a reality TV programme. The programme requires him to have his memory 'purged' - in effect he suffers amnesia. The idea is that viewers get to watch him recover his memory. However, all reality programmes have a twist, and hence an actor is sent in to play Stuart's so-called best friend, 'Mark', who will try to throw Stuart off his road to recovery by trying to create false memories of times they apparently spent together. However, alarm is raised by psychologist Dr. Paul Lancashire when Stuart begins to suffer delusions, imagining himself part of his own story ideas, but producer Richard is unwilling to let go of his project
