Linda Piccolo has a BFA in Theatre and a MA in English and has taught high school English and Drama for 24 years. She has directed high school, college, and community theatre. In 1997 her theatre program was chosen to represent the US at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh Scotland where they performed Woody Allen's Don't Drink the Water. She has written five plays as well as a musical adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid. An avid mystery reader she lives in rural Montana with four cats and a herd of deer.

Synopsis: | The year is 1932. Newlyweds Max and Agatha Christie Mallowan travel to Egypt to excavate the tomb of the pharaoh queen Hatshepsut. Along for the ride are a Texas oilman, his wife Cookie, a young graduate assistant, and a maid. Things are proceeding well until an Egyptian archeologist threatens a mummy's curse on the entire party. Forged artifacts, hawk attacks, and a murder force the world's greatest crime writer to solve a very real mystery before anyone else falls victim to the killer. | |||||
