Award wining writer, director and producer, Philippe Nadouce was born in France in 1965 and moved to Spain at the age of 22. He is a graduate of the Angel Gutierrez school (Madrid 1991) and the Cristina Rota school (Madrid 1993). Founder and artistic director of the Spanish theatre Sala del Mirador (Madrid - 1994-1996). He was also a founding member of the theatre company: "Nuevo repertorio" - created by a group of playwrights and emerging actors including Penelope Cruz, Alberto San Juan, and Juan Diego Botto. In 1993, Philippe Nadouce won his first international award (Arts et Lettres de France) for his play: "Les Rivieres", staged in Madrid at Sala del Mirador. He won his second international award in 1998 (Arts et Lettres de France) with his play: "La confession du guide de musee Pierre Lamek" produced in France at the Theatre de la Lucarne (Bordeaux, 1999). Published his first novel in 2002 "Cahiers Madrilenes" (editions, Le Manuscrit. Nicolas Philippe. Paris). 2003 Philippe moved to England, where he directed "Tartuffe" at the Haymarket Theatre, Basingstoke. In 2004, he co-wrote with Maria Fernandez Ache a version of "Platform" directed by Sacha Wares at the I.C.A. London. 2006 Philippe co-founded production company "Idiot Internazional" with actor Will Keen; they produced a short film, written and directed by Philippe "Nothing" which won an international Award (Accolade competition. USA). In 2009 Idiot Internazional produced "Romeo and Juliet" in Spain (Director: Will Keen). Philippe has also written and published poetry ("Femmes" - Editions Hermaphrodite - France 2007), and articles in France, Spain, Mexico, Belgium; and since 2006, he has been scriptwriter for radio documentaries in France and Belgium.
