Brooklyn Bagatelle

Synopsis:
the play takes place in 1948, in the apartment of Jacob and Sarah Marr, located in the Park Slope Section of Brooklyn, New York. Jacob and Sarah run a large Mom-and-Pop store that was founded by his father. they have three sons. the older two, Ira and Ronnie, are returning veterans. Ronnie goes to Harvard Law School while Ira helps in the family business. Nathan the youngest, is just about to Bar Mitzva. Unfortunately the children (including Nathan) don't have the same loyalty to the family business as their father. This presents some generational conflicts to everyone and brings forth a secret their parents would rather they didn't know.
