Theories involve Voodoo connections, curses, nymphomania, multiple Mojos (several rockers pretedning to be Jim), and alcoholism. Dr. Myers interviewed both Val Kilmer (star of the Oliver Stone film The Doors) and Theater Hall of Famer Judith Malina, founder of the Living Theater.
