Madgas Fascination with Wax Cats

Madgas Fascination with Wax Cats
Magda wears glasses, has tree-trunk legs and has a bull-bar on her teeth. Everyone that knows her calls her Mong, including her family. Her only friend is a dead cat. But amidst her introverted state and obscure imaginings, Magda is hoarding a very, very dark secret. Trollop

Trollop
Clara is uncomfortably numb. Cocooned in her spartan home, she wallows in tracky-dacks and the misery of the recently jobless, feeding on apathy and the images of natural disaster piped into her living room by the pitiless glare of the TV. Clara is haunted by what she could aspire to if she could break from her funk. Her relentlessly upbeat partner Erik has devised a plan for her to get back on her feet. Instead, she devises a series of increasingly gruesome 'quests' for him. then, one stormy night, a stranger calls - and the chinks in the pair's relationship begin to widen. Uncomfortable truths are revealed and there are hints of horrors to come, as ancient myths are dragged, growling, into the modern day.

Wizard of Oz, The

Synopsis:
Uber-creatives the Danger Ensemble, along with award winning writer Maxine Mellor, are set to take you on a journey uncovering once and for all who has the courage, the heart and the brains. This incarnation of the Wizard of Oz is a fairytale for the modern times: of fame, fantasy and those fifteen minutes. What will be at the end of the rainbow? In her tin caravan, walled by Wizard of Oz memorabilia, Judy G. waits. A cyclone is gathering speed over her flyspeck rural town, and shes ready. Shes got a transistor radio; shes got emergency supplies; the TVs tuned to news; things are tied down and taped up. Shes ready, goddamnit. . .And it better not pass over without taking her up in it. Promising a fantasy equal to but disturbingly different from the Oz we know and love, the Danger Ensemble are set to face the challenge of finding a new contemporary relevance for L. Frank Baum's classic novel.
