Pete Malicki began writing at the age of 18 and quickly won a nationwide playwriting competition called "Top Shorts" run by Naked Theatre Company. He has gone on to complete around 20 plays of varying length, regularly having them performed in Sydney. Pete has also written five full-length novels, the fourth of which - Eyes And Knives - has been published to good reviews. He also runs an independent publishing company, Helm Publishing, and is heavily involved in the local theatre scene.
