Ghosts, mental fragility, balloons, Vera Lynn and angry statues all vie for Scarlet's attention in this little tale of grief. 2. the army is reality: Scarlet Billows goes to enlist and finds a new improved celebrity army, whose mission is now television. "What better way to serve your country than on T.V?" 3. blueberry hill: Scarlet Billows finds herself kidnapped by her nemesis Scary Bill, a soldier suffering from post traumatic stress.
