Synopsis: | Chocolate/Vanilla is an exploration of racial tension between African American males and females. From the beginnings of slavery to the 21st century, this piece explores the difficulties, judgments, assumptions, and struggles of being an African American and the internal struggles within American Society. Infused with spiritual hymns, poetry, song, dance, and step, Chocolate/Vanilla gives voice to the hushed disparity of racism within the African American culture.

Synopsis: | Walking Again focuses on the life of Julia Robertson, a successful young business woman who is suddenly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. As her physical state weakens from the effects of the disease and her ability to walk decreases, she struggles to keep her faith and to continue her spiritual walk with the Lord. The story depicts how MS or any disease can affect a person and their loved ones. Yet it also speaks to the human spirit and the means to believe the unseen, trusting in one who is greater than ourselves, to carry us when we are unable to walk on our own.
