Garry is a Leeds based playwright and screenwriter. His television work includes the groundbreaking documentary BRITAIN's FIRST SUICIDe BOMBeRS (Chameleon Television/BBC2), the RTS award-winning DeCISIONS (Chameleon Television) and episodes of WeIRDSISTeR COLLeGe (Global Arts/ITV1), the WORST WITCH (Global Arts/ITV1), HeARTBeAT (YTV), CHILDReN's WARD (Granada), the BILL (Talkback Thames), SOLDIeR, SOLDIeR (Central TV/ITV1) and CHALKFACe (BBC2). For Theatre, Garry has written FRANKIe AND TOMMY (Lyric Hammersmith & everyman Theatre, Liverpool) and WICKeD YAAR! (RNT Tour) and has adapted the SeCReT GARDeN for West Yorkshire Playhouse/Birmingham Repertory Theatre. For radio he has written DISTant WHISPeRS for BBC Radio 4 and AMAZONIA for Crosslab Production/BBC Radio 3. Garry is currently developing a new animated children's series for entertainment Motion Pictures.
