Synopsis: | The Archbishop of Beauvais has Joan substituted just before her execution. She is sent into hiding on a remote farm. The farmer is mute. Joan has stopped hearing her voices. The war drags on and Joan decides that she must go and help. She is attacked by the soldiers and almost raped. At a village she is accused of putting a hex on a cow and burnt at the stake as a witch | |||||
