Biography and Notes (further contributions welcome) :

Daniel received a B.F.A. from Boston University's School of Fine Arts and an M.A. from the University of Michigan. He was Playwright-in-Residence at the University of Michigan's Professional Theatre Program, 1971-72. Has written for TV, two episodes, Family (with Ron Cowen). Screenplay, Firefly (with Ron Cowen). Recipient: Avery Hopwood Award for Drama for Last Respects, 1972.

Synopsis:

about Skip Hulldecker, an ex-astronaut, who became an "instant" hero by being the fourth man to walk on the moon. Now, ten years later, Skip is forgotten (he still feels like a failure because his father wanted him to be first on the moon) and he has to deal with his world, his family, and himself coming apart at the seams: a mere payment for the American obsession with success.
