| Synopsis: | Some things are open for interpretation. Bible Stories is the combination of two one-act plays with biblical themes. In Verses, Patrick is anything but The Prodigal Son when he returns to his religious hometown where people, resentful of his homosexuality, threaten to thwart his plans to produce a photography exhibit. When confronted by the town's Reverend, he learns that sometimes, you can't go home again. In the second play, Trouble in Paradise, Steve is more than just a little unhappy when husband Adam brings someone new to their garden paradise . . .someone named Eve. | |||||
