Synopsis:
When the Queen dies in childbirth, the King blames his new daughter for his wife's death. Consumed by grief, he barely notices her as she grows up. But the princess has a secret, and with the help of some magic she shows her father that it's not always wise to judge by appearances. Incorporating all the elements of the traditional fairy tale, 'Too Many Fingers' is an original story mixing humour and the dark undertones associated with the classic Brothers Grimm stories. Suitable for a young cast, the play has multiple narrators who each have a slightly different take on the action of the story. ISBN 978 1 905993093
