Simon Jackson is a playwright, filmmaker and poet, born in Manchester, UK. He ran Living Arts Space Theatre Company from 1992 until 1995 then worked as a journalist, musician and teacher in eastern europe, North Africa and South AmericA. He was Head of Drama at Newton College in Lima, Peru from 1998-2001. On returning to the UK he worked as a features writer for magazines including Take a Break, That's Life, Bella and Best and now lives in edinburgh, writing plays and poems and making films, some of which have won things.

Synopsis:
a child, Boo, and her stuffed toy travel across an arid landscape to a deserted village playing a game of explorers. their journey takes on a new aspect when they discover a young, injured soldier and all of them must face up to the traumatic events that have led them here.

Written with theatre of Fire And the Irish band, Illywhacker, As A spectacular outdoor event involving circus performers, live music And lots of fireworks. It headlined the theatre bill for Glastonbuy 1994 And then toured outdoor venues And festivals in Northern europe for two years.

While renovating the last theatre Tennessee Williams was linked to in London he finds an undiscovered play by the great man. the play is produced as Thomas' to great acclaim. everything seems to be going well until a shabby character calling himself Mr Williams arrives in his life.

Synopsis:
Michael is a writer. Possibly a great writer. But he can't remember much since Dilys ran him over. Dilys thinks Michael is an angel sent to save her son. and Rosie tells him she's his daughter. Tantrum!

Synopsis:
Overwhelmed with the task of supporting his thankless family from his dead end job eric Lamron throws a tantrum and reverts physically back to the age of four, the last time he had any fun. He hopes to force his family to support him and themselves but things do not go as planned. He runs away and finds himself part of a revolution of Rejuvenates planning to - and then succeeding in - overthrowing the government. and that's when things really get tricky.

Turning To the Camera

Synopsis:
a tightly-written fact-based thriller originally based on the true account of defenestration of the ex-head of egypt's secret service in London. A paparazzo claims to have witnessed a terrifying murder. As he is being interrogated about his version of events, you glimpse into the state of his mind through filmic elements projected on giant screens. Did he witness an act of terrorism? Is he involved? Or is he just a fantasist?
