Synopsis:
Malcolm Brown remembers the better days. The days of him being a well-respected and well-versed journalist of his time. Now, an ageing gossip columnist with a strong sense of imprisonment and self-pity, Malcolm wants those better days to return. Convinced that writing a novel is his ticket out of working for dead-end, celebrity-focussed companies, Malcolm debates with his agent Chris, who is of not only another generation, but another opinion. Whilst juggling other important familial ties, Malcolm considers both exploitation and success. Are they the same thing? Do they cross over? And which one do you choose?
