Weary - the War Diaries of Sir Edward Dunlop

Synopsis:
Alan Hopgood faced the huge task of putting the War Diaries of 'Weary' Dunlop on stage. He did this by using Weary's own words, three actors and the imagination of the audience to transport them to the Burma Railway. "Let the words of Weary Dunlop transport your audience and readers to those terrible times in our history when the courage and self-belief of men like him took survival to a new level, but above all study and enjoy his rich language which I consider almost Shakespearian."
