Synopsis: | about Robert F. Kennedy. It begins in 1964, months after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and just after President Johnson has had a meeting with RFK to determine whether he will be the vice presidential candidate. The result of that meeting and the subsequent direction of RFK's life are the focus of the play. Going backward and forward in time, we see Kennedy grow from husband to father to grieving brother to New York Senator to outspoken critic of the War in Vietnam to Democratic presidential candidate (in 1968). | |||||
