Literary Agent:    n/a

Ry Herman is the author of many works for the stage, including the award-winning musical "Voices In My Head" and the popular children's play, "The Monster", which has been produced across the US and internationally. For the last few years, Ry has also served as the artistic director of the Bloody Unicorn Theater Company in Tucson, arizona, which stages new and original works. In 2005, Ry's controversial play "Man On Dog" appeared Off-Off-Broadway, where it was called "reprehensible" and "like a fork in the eye", after which the theater it was performed in was torn down, along with seven other nearby theaters for good measure. But Ry's play "Vamp" was performed to critical and audience acclaim by Portland, Oregon's Stark Raving Theater in 2006, and immediately afterwards the 20 year old theater company went bankrupt and closed its doors forever. Ry plans to wait until something like this happens three times in a row before getting nervous about it.
